Maxell 4GB memory Bar - set password???

Hello,

I have just bought a 4GB Maxell Memory Bar - I cannot access it and i cannot seem to change / re-set or do anything to get into it - how do i re-set the password???

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0
