Windows start up

Hello,last night when i started my pc it was giving an error like"windows system32 file is corrupted"then i reinstalled windows and drivers but now when i start my pc therer was written two times"microsoft windows xp"above and below. the above option is running right but the lower option is still giving error as i explained above. nw tell me hoe to remove this error containing option. thanks.
