Hello,

I used to be with Optus and my router was working perfectly. Now I have changed to Netspace the router is not working. I have tried to change the settings by going to the website 192.168.0.1 but it stays that address is not valid.
Ive spoken to dlink support and they say to hard reset it. But ive done that and not working. Ive spoken to netspace and they reckon they the ethernet cable is faulty.

please someone help.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 8

Are you on a high-speed connection? If not, your D-Link isn't going to work.

Did you reset the router properly? With the power on - push the RESET in with a paper clip for at least 10 seconds. Reboot the router, it should be reset back to factory settings. You should be able to rock and roll, as long as you tell the D-Link to give out DHCP addresses.
