i have read and tried your suggestion of taking battery and power off and holding it's power Button
for 30-60 sec. but no luck i've tried a few times but as i let it sit there on the black screen with only the
cursor visible after a while the screen saver starts running and i can see that perfectly.
what else can i try? i'm currently running Vista here. i've tried even going into Bios and reset boot param.
and also change system time as a suggestion, but no luck.
please let me know if i am missing a step or should i try something dif.
