Dear Sir,

You will actually have to convert the you tube video after that you have downloaded it

to the required format and then get it on your phone. Otherwise it might not play.

YouTube use a Flash Video format that you are not able to download the video easily.
I usually use a streaming video recorder to download videos from youtube or any other online streaming video sites.

Streaming Video Recorder can also convert the downloaded videos from flv to mp4, wmv, mov, rm, rmvb, h264, etc. then you can get it on your phone.
