How do i change xp on a dell mini 910

Hello,
my friend has brought a dell mini 910 from a friend but wants me to reinstall windows xp to wipe the slate clean so to speak,but it doesnt have a disc driver and i only have a a usb flash drive is there a way round this if so how, ive been trying for 2 days now to no avail and im going crazy.
