Hello,
wlm 8.5 stop working and told me to upgrage so i did to 14.0 and now i can't sign in to messenger at all just runs through signing in and stops no contacts nothing can't use it can any 1 help me plz

uninstall it by using zapmessenger:

and install the latest version from official website:
