I HAVE PROBLEM TO DELET SOME FOLDER

Hello,
Sir, I have defficulty to delete some folder inside the phone memory.I think it might be virus,when i am going to delet that folder it remains at it is so please give some direction about this matter.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Dear Shakal,

If you are sure that it is a virus, you could actually carry out a format on your phone.

I will however need to have the model of the phone that you are using for giving

you the right solution.
