Dear Sir,

You will actually have to contact the Facebook Support Team to inform them

about the matter. They will do the required tasks to detect who is actually

using the account. Also file a legal case against the one who has hacked your

account. They will carry out an investigation in order to know the culprit. This

should solve the problem that you are having.
