Need phone and computer anti virus program

Hello,
am a phone and computer technician badly in need of computer and phone anti virus programs. then the other thing is that i have a computer which can not boot, it only gives me a message which goes like,boot manager compressed, press control_alt_delete.Advice me on what to do because even after pressing the commands, it does not boot.Thank you for your services.
