USB Imation is not working

Hello,

my computer got syuck suddenly then i was rebotted my computer. Then i removed my USB drive without unplug. After that agin i was inserted my Imation nano 8GB flash drive. Then my computer was recognized the USB drive but it displays the message that it want to format the flash drive. Pls help me to recover my data from the USB drive
