Website crashing/ cant go there

Hello, I'm having problemt with going to this website "www.runescape.com". when it goes there it cant display whole site, and at last it lags out of the site and it search for "www.runescape.com" on my search engine.

Im thinking that someone might have banned the website on my router IP, but i dont know, and cant go to my routers IP since the password has been changed somehow. But its just this ONE only particular website.
