loading time for win xp is high. Is there any way to reduce the loading time?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

U also have a litlle software called "disk cleaner" Its very light and will help u gain in pc performance..
Its a freeware i remember.. u can catch it @ www.download.com
