Gprs not subscribe

Hello,
i just want to ask hot to activate the gprs in my cellphone, because whenever i try to connect my cellphone to the internet it keeps telling me that gprs not subscribe...can you help me fix it and tell me what to do...the model of my cellphone is Nokia N98+...

you have to call your network provider

(sim card using)

give them model of mobile phone and number and they will help you
