Hello,
i want to know is $RECYCLE.BIN & RECYCLER & system volume information are also viruses ? i delete them but they come again& again

thay are not virus or infected by a virus

they are part of the operating system

It just some temporary files what windows creates when needed but you are wasting your time trying to delete them lol.
