No sound on my Proline laptop.

Hello,

My Proline laptop does not have sound, when I bought it, it was using Windows Vista, due to the fact that it did not load the project files, I hen installed the Windos XP, suddenly, there was no sound. What must I do, please help.

Dear Sir,

This problem will be easily fixed by updating your sound driver. You will have to open to the Control Panel and

hence Administrative tools>Computer Management>Device Manager and then open the drop down list for the

Sound, Video Controllers and from there you will be able to update update your sound driver by right clicking on

the audio driver. A new window will automatically open up. You will just have to follow the instructions.
