Problems with my e drive

Hello,

I have been trying to install football manager on my e drive but its says there is 0 space. Any suggestions?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Please check the space used on your hardisk by right clicking on the C:\ drive and getting to

Properties and see it is overloaded. Please confirm it in order to have the solution of the

problem.
