BOOT UP PROB

Hello,
HELP PLEASE, MY COMPUTER A TOSHIBA WILL NOT BOOT UP IT JUST KEEP TRYING TO REBOOT, FOR A SECOND THERE IS A BLUE SCREEN WITH A MESSAGE SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT ' WINDOWS LOG ON PROCESS PROBLEM AND WILL NOW SHUT DOWN' TGHIS IS NOT THE EXACT MESSAGE BUT CLOSE.
i HAVE TRIED SAFE MODE AND THE BEST LAST CONFIGURATION BUT IT IS STILL THE SAME. IS THIS A BIG PROB OR CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?

you should make a system repair to fix this

boot by your windows cd and follow the instructions on link below:
