Problem with sharekhan

Hello,
everytime i open to share khan and then try to login through fast trade to my account, the computer shows an error(internet explorer has stopped working) and closes the program

Dear Sir,

This problem could be resulting from different errors. Firstly consider deleting all your cookies and

see whether it works. There might also be a possibility that your firewall is messing up the browser.

Try deactivating it to see whether it works properly. Nevertheless if you see that these don't solve the

problem, it might be a problem over the web site itself, please contact their support team and explain

them the problem that you are having.

Dear sir,
thanks alot for your help
i have sent mail to their support system, hope it would work.

i am facing problem even with start of my computer.
it gets stuck at microsoft corporation page
i have to either shut it again or start it several times,
or insert operating system cd

do help me with this also if you can.
i have done nothing, except that i am using, ccleanr, and have been deletig registeries without backup, am i making a mistake
