Lost the menu of my ace mobile phone

Hello,
I have a china phone, ace mobile, mini monte carlo. I resetted it to its factory settings, now the menu doesnt show, and I cannot access anything except making calls and replying to text messages. Please help. Thank you.

Dear Jim,

Actually software for china phones is unvailable. I would advise you to get to the manufacturer

and let them solve the matter. They should make their best to solve the matter.
