Hello,
My ipod (video one) got stolen and so I am having to buy a new replacement ipod(120GB) . If I just plug this into my laptop will it automatically update with the existing itunes? I have thousands of albums on there and don't want to accidentally delete them but not sure what to do. The new ipod comes with a CD but I already have itunes installed, so don't know if I need to do anything with the CD or what to do?
Any help appreciated :-)
Thanks,
Katharine

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Dear Sir,

What you actually have to do is plugging your iPod in your PC but there should already exist a library on it. Next,

double click on your iPod when it has already been detected. There will be an automatic pop up message that

will indicate you to sync your iPod to the new library. Just select the options and have the matter solved.

Thanks.
