Hello,

I have a Compaq Presario Laptop.For the past few days i am facing this problem.I cannot hear sound directly from my laptop without any speakers or headphones.But when I plug my headphones,I am able to hear the sound.What might be the problem??

I tried::

Updating and reinstalling[both] the driver,troubleshooting the driver.It shows the device is working properly and your driver is up to date.
Can anyone suggest what might be the issue?

And my laptop has normal start up[all drivers loaded] option itself.

Someone suggest a solution...
