Dear Paul,

Your posts actually lacks much information and I believe that you should give more details

for giving you the right solution. The problem is quite vague right now. You in fact need a

proper software for burining cds. One example and mostly used software is Nero burner.

Yet if you already have the software, it might be that the lens has got damaged. It might

also be that the lifetime of the lens is over.
