Get timestap of the file

Hello,
my requirement is using excel sheet which has no of file names like d:/programfiles///.xsl , d:/programfiles//.xsd..

using this excel sheet we need find the modified timestamp for the respective file and update the excel sheet with time stamp with file name.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
