Problem with iTunes

Hello,
I recently downloaded the latest version of itunes and after this all my data (playlists, videos, podcasts) have been deleted...! I transfered them again in the library but every time I shut down my computer the data dissapear! I've never had that problem before...what should I do? Help!

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.5.4
