No sound from my player

hi i cant get sound from my player when i try to play a song .i re-install it and also check if am getting sound from another thing,its working.what should i do ?

Try changing the default playback device in your control panel under 'Sound and Audio Devices'. Click on the 'Audio' tab and try changing the default playback device to something other than what is there. It may disable some other application you have from playing sound that is relying on that setting, however, you can always change it back. A permanent change is to use a player that allows you to pick the playback device you would like to use...
