Mobil showin emergency ony

Hello,
i had maxx mx 463 dual sim mobile which i have purchased in august -09 . now it is always showing 'Emergency' on display , even i changed my both sim's and i restored mobile once even though same prob.
could you help any one to resolve my prob.
