Couldn't connect to wireless router

Hello,

I bought a new router recently, linksys wrt120n and we have 6 laptops at home, apparently all the laptops managed to connect except one. No matter how many times I tried entering the keys, it just couldn't connect. I even removed the wireless security for the router, all the pcs managed to connect except that one. The laptop managed to detect the network, but couldn't connect, it says 'out of range' when the laptop is just beside the router. I tried to plug in directly to the cable modem but it still doesn't connect. Both wireless and local area connection icon is 'x', no connection. I am not sure if it is the router or the laptop problem? I tried connecting this laptop to another wireless connection, it connects immediately. I am confused =X

Any kind soul willing to explain anything to me?

Thanks,
Joanne

Configuration: Windows XP
