Hello,i format my computer window xp with hp pavilion
061 and sense then my sound system dont work at all ,i cant click on device manager everything is gray sound also everything is gray ..no icon on my tool bar for microphone.i dont know what is wrong please help me thank you so much

You need to go to www.hp.com click on "support" and search for motherboard drivers for your computer.
Download and install the sound (multimedia) drivers. You may also need modem and network drivers.
