No Video Capture Hardware

Hello sir,
when i install the amcap and run it so a popup window is occured ,that no video capture hardware and video capture will not function properly.plz tell me how i can solve it.thaks

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.4

Dear Kamran,

The reason why it is indicating the error message is for the installation process has not yet been completed.

Please now plug in the camera through the specific port and follow the instructions. If yet it does not

complete the task, unplug and replug the cam in another port and restart the PC.
