Hello,
I just got an Inspiron 1750. When I try to logon, the message, 'The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.' comes up. The Dell technical support site tells me to go to 'Start' first in order to resolve the problem, but there is no 'Start' icon on the screen! What do I do?

Configuration: Windows Vista Home Premium
