Nokia 3110c v 06.02 to bsnl gprs setting

Hello,
i am unable to set the configuration and pocket data for connecting bsnl sim having no 9439420703 and i already got the gprs activated ,but while browsing it is asking for pocket data connection.please tell me how to do it.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0
