Need recovery discs for hp compaq computer

Hello,
I got this computer used and the previous owner apparently erased the system and don't have the recovery discs does someone have a copy of them? this is the info from the computer HP Compaq Rams SI (sku001 006
AMD Athlon 64 3500 + processor (2.20 Ghz) SRP
Micron 256 Mb / DDr 400 mhz / PC 3200 Non ECC
Seagate 40G 7200 Serial ATA
Lite - on CD- Rw 48/32 x carbonite

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0
