How to remove virus

Hello sir/madam,

i am using windows xp..i am not able to remove raidhost.exe,autorun.inf,sustem volume information files in mi computer and also in pen drive.i tried manually bu cmd in run,,but not able of remove the files and also i tried in some spywares..but not possible..could u plz tell how to remove this files.

Simply by running a scan on your local disks use nod32 which is a very good anti-virus.
