Cant open a .zix file

Hello,
i want to install visual basic in my pc .i am using vista ultimate 64 bit.
n the visual basic file is compressed as a .zix file.what should i do
...
pls reply as sson as possible

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.5.4
core to quad procesor,4 gb ram..

first download winzix from official website here:

http://www.winzix.com

install it and you will get access t install the compressed files
