my laptop is connected with bsnl broadband i want to add more one laptop on network Both laptop have a wifi facility can this 2nd laptop connect through wifi without using cable

yes you can as wifi is wireless

and needs no cable for connection

You can set up ad-hoc wireless connection between that 2 computers, after that both can talk to each other and share files.
