Problem with graphic?

Hello,
when I start the game SWAT 4 everything is OK . . . but when I start to play some missions the graphic go crazy on some places on map,when I am out of some building or stay near the window at house,there's show up triangles, without color ,but when I get in some building,everything is OK . . . please help !
