SD memory card not detected in computer as we

Hello,
hai friends,i used my SD card for about 5 months,it worked fine.but 2 days before it is not detected in Phone as well in my laptop.So please advice me to sovle the problem.

Configuration: windows vista

if not detecting in both then

you can assume it for dead

and purchase a new one

you can still try it on other mobile phone or

pc before going for a new
