how can i put my taskbar to down now it is in the right side of my pc.can you please help me and tell one answer immediatly.

It sounds like your taskbar (i'm assuming its your START Bar) is locked. You can try to right click it and select Unlock and then move it to your desired location. Afterwards just lock it again. If it doesnt give you the unlock option when you right click it, go to the Options in the right click and it should take you to a toolbar settings area where you can make the changes.
