Internet not working

Hello,
I have in BSNL broadband wireless connection / From the day of connection internet not working But i can use Skype chat. pls advise wht should i do for connect ineternet explorer / there is any proxy setting? pls advise

I will recommend you to contact the BSNL Customer Service and explain them the problem

and request them to fix it up. They will kindly help you in the matter.
