Msn messenger with no sounds

Hello,

i have msn messenger v8.5 on all of my computers and always i face this problem that sometimes i can't hear any sound when i receive e-mail or somebody loging or give me an alert

i tried this registry file i found it when am looking for a solution for the same issue

any body have solution for this famous problem ???
