Hey people, need any help you can provide...
Had someone build PC for me but won't boot up, no OS installed yet since was waiting for Windows 7, can't get in contact with initial builder. I Know a little bit about a little bit but not that much.
When plug in PC along with monitor, no sounds from PC just fans startup.
My system:
Motherboard: Foxconn G45M-S LGA 775 Intel G45 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor Model
RAM: OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066
HDD: Western Digital 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s
Disk Drive: LG Black Super Multi Blu-ray Disc Burner & HD DVD-ROM Drive SATA Model GGW-H20L
Case/Power Supply: RAIDMAX AZTEC ATX-619WOP SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Case 500W Power Supply
Was suggested by co-worker few things that I've tried:
-disconnect peripherals & only have MB/RAM/CPU connected to see if boots - no change
-take out RAM & rub eraser end along tips to remove any charge, no change
-try different power supply, tried OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS 600W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready Active PFC Power Supply - no change
-tried another CPU so tried another CPU same model - no change
-tried another MB, tried ASUS P5Q-EM LGA 775 Intel G45 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - no change
Any help or suggestions would be grateful at this point.
