Carry over cell and font color formatting to

Hello,
Excel 2003 I have set formatting of 13 different color depending on the value in sheet 1

In Sheet 2 I have data validation drop down selecting value from sheet 1, I want to carry the color of the cell and font in to sheet 2.

How can I do it?
