My system restarts after certain time period

Hello,
hai i'm using windows xp sp3, i had a 1gb ddr 2 ram . when i'm wrkg with my system it gets restart automatically. this problem mostly occurs when i watch a film or playing a game in my pc. i replace the ram and format my sytem still now this problem occurs again and again. pls give me a solution
