Hello,
I have a Belkin wireless adapter which I bought for my computer, but when I installed my Norton 360 update for my laptop, my USB wireless adapter stopped working, so I installed the Belkin USB adapter. Howevere, it does not acknowledge that it is plugged in.
The exact same thing has happened to my brothers laptop. Once his laptop was installed ith an anti cirus, his USE wirelss adapter was no longer detected.
Why is this?
Thank you x

Configuration: Windows 7 Internet Explorer 8.0

Uninstall that Norton 360 update and see whether can solve this problem. If yes, then I think you need to check with Norton tech support about this problem.
