How to poplate more text in cell

Hello,
i am trying to do csv and its going great but i was wondering if there is something i can do with this

33517 this is a cell with a number what i want to do as add

/33517.jpg and have it populate /****.jpg all the way down a column of 4200 products is there a way do do this without changing the number and just adding the / .jpg
