Pen drive is not open

Hello,

Dear sir,

When im inserting my pendrive into USB port then that time in computer not showing any icon to open my pendrive. please tell me what can i do to open my pendrive. in that valuable information is there.
In Mycomputer not showing any removable disk for that USB port. please send me reply as early as possible.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Safari 532.0

Hi there,

first try other ports

if not working then go to device manager

and update your chipset driver
