Unable to Format my harddisk due to Error 14.

Hello,
I am unable to format my PC Hardisk for it is showing Error 14 & then it shows Press Any Key to Exit Setup.

Shall be grateful if you would explain me the problem and how to fix it up?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.3

Hi there,

you are formatting your hard disk for new windows installation

or another partition present on pc ?
