Connecting 2 internet through mobile

Hello, i am having nokia 2700c. I ve activated net through aircel for 3 days. I can't connect net from mobile to pc through usb and nokia pc suite. Its showing error as one touch access failed 2 establish a network connection. Please check the connection settings.

Configuration: Windows xp service pack 2

you should contact network provider

as its related to connection setting
