Please, could somebody explain me briefly what for and when is required Adobe Flash Player 10 Active X. I have also installed Adobe Flash Player 10 Plugin; do I need both??

Hi,
Adobe Flash Player ActiveX is the plugin for Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash Player Plugin is the plugin for Firefox, Opera, Safari and any other mainstream browser.

If you are using IE you don't need the Adobe Flash player Plugin, but if you are using any other browser you need the Flash Player Plugin and you can remove the Flash Player ActiveX.
